Project/Service
Payment for project/service is made to us in increments as a courtesy to the client.
Once a payment or deposit is made, it is non-refundable. If a project/service is
cancelled or postponed, all money paid are retained by Quirinius Technologies Private
Limited and if applicable, a fee for all work completed beyond what was already paid
for shall be paid by the client.
Product
All Quirinius Technologies Private Limited software products are available
for purchase on [www.quirinius.com]
web site. All the software products are available for download (with the
exception of the OEM variants) and are fully functional. We provide a
15-day free trial period to let you fully evaluate the software product
to ensure it meets your needs prior to making a purchase decision.
You require registering to enable its full functionality.
During your trial period, our support team are available to
assist in installation and configuration via email, ticket or
telephone. We strongly recommend that all customers download,
install, and test the trial version of any Quirinius Technologies
Private Limited product prior to making a purchase for licenced version.
Please note no refund would provide against any software product.
Domain Name/Website Hosting/Email id
Payments for Domain Name, Web Hosting and Email Id are non-refundable.
We have monthly/yearly plans for Email Id and yearly plan for Domain Name
and Web Hosting, you need to choose appropriate plan as per your convenience and budget.
SEO/SMO/Digital Marketing
In case of our SEO/SEM services, we have flexible payment plans as per the
agreed terms & conditions in which a customer can make next month payments after
reviewing the performance of the previous work. However, due to the nature of
the business, we cannot offer guarantee of targeted rankings/traffic/sales.
You can make your next payment for a new project after satisfying with our
current service and performance of work.
No refund would provide for any payment made against SEO/SMO/Digital
Marketing and other related services.
Third Party Product/Service
Any interruption in product/service due to any third party such as
website hosting, web server, database server, email server, cdn,
images, content writing, payment gateway, cloud computing based
services etc, Our Company will not be responsible at all and no
refund would provide. Any efforts Quirinius Technologies Private
Limited has to put while coordinating/liaisoning with them has to
be paid as per the agreed rate of the company.
Chargebacks
If we receive a chargeback or payment dispute from a credit card company or bank,
your service and/or project will be suspended without notice. A chargeback fee
(issued to recover fees passed on to us by the credit company), plus any
outstanding balances accrued as a result of the chargeback(s) must be paid
in full before service is restored, files delivered, or any further work is
done. Instead of issuing a chargeback, contact us to address any issue for
that you are about to chargeback so that we can check and fix the issue.
Requesting a chargeback or opening a dispute for a valid charge from us is
fraud, and is never an appropriate or legal means of obtaining a refund.
For any circumstances, in case of refund, customer would get
refund in 60 working days from the date refund request is
made to us via info@quirinius.
com.
